The 2023 Ildex Poultry Show showcases an Eggceptional Flock of Laying Hens in the Philippines
From June 7 to June 9, Hendrix Genetics proudly participated together with our distributors in the Philippines at the 2023 ILDEX Show, offering our support and technical expertise throughout the event. The feedback that we received from the Philippines market regarding our layer genetics has been incredibly positive. Numerous farmers expressed their satisfaction with the exceptional technical performance and impressive egg production of the various Hendrix Genetics' laying hen breeds.
We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to the prestigious Dekalb 500 egg club: Pilmico Farms. Their 13D-2105 flock, born in the spring of 2021, consisted of nearly 43,600 Dekalb White laying hens. These hens were able to achieve the production of 500 eggs per hen housed at 100 weeks of age. During the Ildex event, we congratulated Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation, the first commercial company in Asia to achieve the Premium Performance of 500 eggs within 100 weeks.
Heritage Veterinary Corporation delivered the Dekalb White chicks in May 2021 and naturally were fed Pilmico Feeds from growing to laying. Hellmann and SKOV were the chosen cage and ventilation systems respectively. The outstanding dedication of the Pilmico team to efficiency and performance played a crucial role in this remarkable accomplishment. We extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed to this success.
